Have a coaching engagement scheduled? Many venues and organizations will request a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming their city, town, or venue as additionally insured. Thanks to Selkirk, we now offer enhanced insurance coverage as part of your annual membership, including:

Higher Coverage Limits: Increased to $2M/$5M.

To ensure your insurance coverage is active, your PCI Membership must be current. If you need to renew your membership, please do so HERE before submitting your certificate request.

Confirm your PCI Membership and insurance are current.
Gather the exact name and address of the venue to be listed on the certificate.
Submit your request using the form.
